Our German Shepherd puppies are born in our home and are home-raised until they are 4 weeks old. After this they are moved to our puppy room where they have access to the outside world. They have frequent daily interaction with people of various ages, and are exposed to many sounds and sights of the common family household, and more

1. Any puppy is considered available and can be sold at any time, unless we have a deposit in hand or agreed to wait the necessary amount of time for the deposit or full payment to arrive. Puppy must be paid in full by 8 weeks old or it will be considered available.

2. We have the right to refuse the sale of a puppy to any customer, at any time, at our sole discretion.

3. All sales are final and deposits are non-refundable.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DOG:

The new owner will register puppy as __________________ vom Dinaburg with AKC (but may give any call name he/she wishes).This contract is null and void if at any time the registration name is changed with AKC.

The health of this dog is exellent to the best of our knowledge and belief at time of sale.The required vaccinations and worrmings are as indicated in Health record.We advise the Buyer, however, to have the dog examened by licensed veterinarian of Buyers choice within 48 hours after receipt of the dog.We recomend you to take a stool sample with you. If veterinarian finds the dog to be in poor health, the dog must be immediatly returned to us at the expense of Buyer, unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon.Failure to see a veterinarian within 72 hours will void all guarantees.No further guarantee is made.

If the dog developed crippling hip dysplashia confirmed by OFA from the age of nine month to its attainment of two years, breeder will replace the dog ( due to crippling displasia) as soon as possible with a replacement of equal value to the dog at the time of original purchase.This is the replacement guarantee only.The dog is to be returned to us at the expense of the buyer. We reserve the right to request the x-rays be sent first for review to a board certified veterinary radiologist or other veterinarian of our choice. Should the Buyer prefer to retain the said dog, a replacement will be made at a cost to the Buyer of one-half the purchase price of original animal. Only one replacement is given. All replacements are final.

This contract applies to the original puppy and a Buyer only and is not tranferable to a second party. No replacement puppy will be given if the male or female has been bred. Buyer is responsible for transportatrion cost to and from vom Dinaburg Shepherds location of any said puppy.

Down payments are non-refundable. All sales are final.
